enchiladas.

i made these beef enchiladas for jake and nate tonight. jake said they were chronic. and nate said, he thinks they were the best enchiladas he's ever had. i think ill stick with chicken next time, but they were really good!! alot more effort than some other enchilada recipes, but i think it was worth it. thanks pioneer woman!!
