sare and bek got here on thursday night. unfortunately, i had a test on friday, so i was studying for the first part of their visit. but it was fine and studying pollock, rothko, and newman, isnt that oppressive.
we went to see valentines day on friday afternoon. it was as bad as expected. ashton kutcher and taylor swift (for like 30 seconds then not so much) were the best parts. but haaaaaaay who cares. we went to anthropologie later, just cause, it feels so good (and they had already been to urban while i was writing my exam essay earlier). then jake came over and we ate mexican, drank some margaritas, and went to cabana.
saturday we went to mcdougals for lunch. and then browsed hillsboro village. and then came home and "youse know, we made some cuppiecakes, and watched some chickenflicks."
ie. time travelers wife and pocahontas.
saturday night was sondre. jake and i were beside ourselves. we've loved him since highschool. he played the opening tracks on one of the legendary mixes jake gave me one year for my bday.
(note: this was not the one that he and brandon talked on, that was earlier, i think, but really funny right now while im thinking about it)
I forgot to mention that my two bestfavorite boyfriends, daws and jimmy, were here with their valentines. I hadnt seen EA in forever and i totally forgot how she's the most adorably perfect person and i love she and jimmy together. and DAWS came!!! he hasnt been to nashville yet, and i had never met his girlfriend, lacey before, so that was great––– and she was great. and i liked hanging out with them very much.
after sondre we all partied at jakes. mary and mads came over and we played things. (see below)

regardless, today was one of my favorite valentines because i spent the day with jake, but also because i spent the morning getting dressed, picking up, and packing up, and listening to fearless with my two best friends.
